From the moment Harvey visited us to plan mum's funeral it was plain he "got" us as a family. He never pushed us into anything and gently made suggestions for the ceremony. He was particularly helpful to myself, as I wrote and delivered the tribute to mum at the service.
As a family we are eternally grateful for the way Harvey conducted mum's service with dignity and respect.

In a time of great sadness for our family it was immensely comforting for Harvey to ameliorate some of the burden of arranging the proceedings for the cremation from our collective grief. To finalize the arrangements exactly to the families wishes, and to conduct such a fine service was gratifying to all. Harvey did our mum's funeral recently and his help and support both prior to the funeral and afterwards was brilliant. It was a truly a lovely service with just the right balance of the formal respect needed but with a slight hint of humour which mum would have liked...all tailor made for us.When arriving at the crematorium it was like meeting a friend again making us so much more at ease We all know that funerals can be very impersonal and cold .....Harvey gave us the exact opposite.

Thank you so much for the service yesterday, our family will be forever grateful. The tribute you wrote and gave on behalf of my children and myself was so caring and lovely, you had obviously taken time to understand my Mum and this shone through.
